- Take yourself out to dinner alone without fear of being stared at.
- Look in the mirror and love what you see without trying to change.
- Read every day, even if you can’t finish one page.
- Write a letter to yourself and show no one.
- Trust that love is out there waiting for you, but you won’t die if you can’t find it.
- Sing every chance you get like you are alone in the shower.
